Display Craft Manufacturing becomes Obrist Manufacturing Inc.

A new name for Obrist’s U.S. production site in Maryland

Another important step for Obrist’s presence in North America: Following the acquisition of Display Craft Manufacturing Co., the U.S. production site in Baltimore, Maryland, has officially been operating under the name Obrist Manufacturing Inc. since July 9, 2026.

The name change marks another important step in the growth and integration of Obrist’s operations in North America.

Under the new name, the strong foundation remains unchanged: more than 75 years of manufacturing experience, craftsmanship, and the established local team continue to be at the heart of the company. These strengths are complemented by Obrist’s international resources, engineering and design capabilities, and global network.

At the same time, production under the new name is successfully underway. Together with the local team, Obrist will continue to develop its U.S. production site and further strengthen the collaboration between the United States and Switzerland.
